I want to express complaints about cell phone batteries that I bought yesterday. charge the battery on my sata is still in the normal state up to a week.

After a week I do the battery charging again but do not know why the battery can not be filled even in very hot conditions.

At that time the guard contacting me directly counter to serve me when I purchased the battery. but some times I have contacted do not get a response. So, I left a message to contact me again.


I can expect a response from the owner of the handphone shop and get a new battery compensation.
